DRC HEALTHCARE Pakistan is hiring “Recruitment Consultants” This role will team up with experienced recruiting team that actively seeks talent for our clients. To be preferable in this capacity, you should have a strong background in UK healthcare recruiting.
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Summers)
2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Winters)
Job Description:
- Recruitment Consultant is responsible for screening and interviewing candidates (nurses and healthcare Assistants) using database and various job boards (indeed / REED / CV Library) for different roles .
- Recruitment Consultant will also craft and send personalized recruiting emails or SMS with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Establish strong relationships with the candidates.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in the UK healthcare recruitment.
- F.A / B.A or equivalent
- Excellent English communications skills
- Result-oriented with attention to detail.
Job Location: Onsite
