PKR. 45,000 - 60,000/Month
- Must have in-depth knowledge of building houses and have knowledge of DHA rules and regulations.
- Measurements of excavation details of the basement and ground floor
- Procurement of quality standard materials of any type i.e. bricks, sand, cement, crush, steel or of electrical and plumbing works as well
- Full supervision of civil electrical and plumbing works as per design/specifications
- Periodic visits to sites 3-4 days per week. (Approx 3hrs per visit)
- Arranging of DHA inspection visits and approvals
- Co-ordination with Architect and structure engineer
- Interpretation of plans and specifications
- Checking working drawings and data
- Manages the daily log register with on-site guard
- Processing of contractor's payment estimates
- Preparation to amendments to contractor's contract
- Final inspection of project
