Sales & Marketing Executive

Join Dropway Express as a Sales & Marketing Executive where you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by developing and executing dynamic sales and marketing strategies. This position focuses on identifying potential online sellers and business merchants, establishing productive relationships with Shopify stores, e-commerce businesses, and local shops. You will be responsible for promoting our cash on delivery, same-day delivery, and parcel delivery services, negotiating delivery rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. In this role, you will work independently to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands self-motivation, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into regular clients. The ideal candidate has a background in business administration or marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and some familiarity with MS Excel and customer record management. Experience in courier, logistics, or e-commerce sales is advantageous but not mandatory, as fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new online sellers and business merchants to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shopify stores, e-commerce businesses, and local shops to drive business growth.
- Promote Dropway Expresss services, including cash on delivery, same-day delivery, and parcel delivery, to potential clients.
- Arrange meetings with clients to present delivery options and negotiate competitive delivery rates.
- Conduct follow-up communications with potential customers to convert leads into loyal, regular clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using MS Excel and relevant tools.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in market research and marketing analytics to continuously improve sales strategies and outreach.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback to inform management decisions.
