We are seeking a results-oriented Amazon FBA Wholesale Product Hunter & Sourcing Specialist to join our team on-site in Rawalpindi. This role involves identifying profitable wholesale products within the UK Amazon marketplace, establishing strong relationships with brands and distributors, and managing detailed margin calculations. The successful candidate will oversee the entire sourcing process—from product discovery and securing official brand approvals to delivering precise cost sheets for team review. This is a full-time position with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Hunting & Analysis: Identify high-volume, profitable wholesale opportunities specifically for Amazon UK using tools such as Keepa and Helium 10.
- Supplier & Brand Outreach: Initiate contact via cold calls and emails to UK-based brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors to establish wholesale accounts.
- Negotiation & Approvals: Obtain official brand approvals and negotiate favorable bulk pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements.
- Costing & Profitability Mapping: Prepare comprehensive cost calculations including Amazon fees, VAT, shipping, and preparation fees to ensure products meet ROI and profit margin targets.
- Reporting: Maintain and update sourcing pipelines regularly and provide detailed, data-driven reports to the Team Lead for purchasing decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Amazon FBA Wholesale product hunting specifically for the UK marketplace.
- Excellent written and spoken English with confidence in phone communication for pitching and negotiating with UK suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with expert-level understanding of Keepa charts, including sales velocity, buy box rotation, price stability, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in Keepa, Excel or Google Sheets, and wholesale scanning tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently while keeping the team lead informed.
