Partnership Coordinator / Client Newsletter Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Partnership Coordinator and Client Newsletter Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating partnerships with team building companies, ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new partners, speaking with potential partners to foster collaboration, and creating engaging newsletters for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Coordination:

Identify and establish relationships with potential team building partners.
Coordinate partnership agreements and contracts.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and communications.
Ensure timely and effective communication between our organization and partners.

Engaging Potential Partners:

Initiate contact with new team building companies to explore collaboration opportunities.
Present our organization's value proposition and benefits of partnership.
Address inquiries and concerns from potential partners and provide relevant information.
Nurture relationships with potential partners to build trust and rapport.

Newsletter Drafting:

Research and gather relevant content for client newsletters, including company updates, industry news, and event highlights.
Write engaging and informative newsletter content tailored to our client base.
Design newsletter layouts and graphics to enhance visual appeal.
Coordinate newsletter distribution and track engagement metrics to measure effectiveness.
