Digital Strategy & content lead - Manager (Marketing)

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a skilled Digital Strategy & Content Lead who will manage a team of four to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The manager leads a team responsible for creating forward-thinking content calendars that support various campaigns and product launches within a multi-brand context. Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital content strategies that align with EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s business goals and brand vision.
Lead and manage a team of four marketing professionals to deliver high-quality digital content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
Design and maintain forward-looking content calendars synchronized with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key business priorities.
Analyze audience insights and digital performance data to continually optimize content effectiveness and audience engagement.
Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling within multi-brand content strategies to strengthen brand equity.
Manage social media presence and content distribution strategies to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts and support broader organizational objectives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging digital technologies to identify new content opportunities and innovative marketing tactics.
Prioritize tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Foster a creative and proactive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in content marketing practices.
