Electrician - Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage all electrical maintenance activities within our industrial facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance tasks related to electrical systems, machinery, and air conditioning units. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime and smooth production operations. The supervisor will also coordinate maintenance efforts with production and other departments while maintaining compliance with safety standards and accurate technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical maintenance activities and lead the maintenance staff effectively.
- Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, machinery, and AC units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns promptly to reduce operational downtime.
- Manage air conditioning maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and activities with production and other relevant departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, reports, and technical documentation for future reference and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical faults, machinery breakdowns, and industrial equipment issues.
- Practical knowledge and experience in AC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities effectively.
- Experience supervising electrical maintenance teams and coordinating with production departments.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and industrial electrical systems.
- Proficient in maintaining detailed maintenance records and technical documentation.
