Elevate Holdings is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects with a focus on high-rise, commercial, and luxury residential developments. This role requires a proactive professional who possesses strong technical expertise in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures effectively. The position is based full-time at The Nathia Reserve Site Office in Nathia Gali, KPK, and involves direct supervision of a team of three personnel, ensuring all project objectives are met on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of construction activities, from initial planning and resource allocation to site supervision and final project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with project scheduling, bill of quantities verification, quality assurance and control of structural rebar and concrete work, and site surveying control. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide the team, manage subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed construction project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage budgeting and cost control processes, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports to maintain project profitability.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee structural rebar and concrete quality assurance and control, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and safety standards.
Verify bills of quantities (BOQ) for accuracy and completeness and coordinate with procurement and finance teams accordingly.
Perform site surveying control and monitor construction progress through regular site visits and reporting.
Lead and supervise a team of three professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a productive work environment.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies at the construction site.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to report progress and address concerns.
Prepare and submit regular project status reports, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure all construction activities align with Elevate Holdings' quality standards and best practices.
