Business Associate

Enco is seeking a dedicated Business Associate to join our team at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business, economics, law, industrial engineering, or a related field. This role demands strong proficiency in the English language and the ability to effectively support business operations through market research, data analysis, and business development activities. The candidate works onsite from 9 am to 6 pm in the F-8 area. This position does not involve managing a team but plays a key role in contributing to the growth and operational efficiency of the company. The Business Associate assists with assembling market insights and conducting thorough data examinations to inform strategic decisions. They apply expertise in Excel to organize and present data clearly and create influential presentations to support business proposals and external communications. Experience with public relations is valued, as the role may involve liaising with clients and partners to nurture business relationships. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and professional communication abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Analyze business data using Excel to produce actionable insights that aid decision-making.
Assist in business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and market sectors.
Prepare professional presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings and proposals.
Support public relations efforts by maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
Ensure proper use of English in all written documents, presentations, and communications.
Coordinate with different departments to gather information and facilitate smooth workflow.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve business strategies and operational processes.
Maintain organized records of market data, business contacts, and development activities.
Adhere to the companys work schedule of 9 am to 6 pm and work from the designated office location in F-8, Islamabad.
