Escorts Advanced Textile (Pvt.) Limited is seeking an ERP Master Data Officer who is detail-oriented and organized to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data within the ERP system. This role involves the creation and maintenance of essential master records including items, customers, suppliers, bill of materials, units of measure, and warehouse data. The officer will be responsible for keeping approved sales and purchase price lists up-to-date only after proper authorization. This position requires close coordination with various departments such as Sales, Purchase, Finance, Production, and Stores to maintain data consistency and support business operations efficiently. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of practical experience in ERP Master Data Management or related ERP operations. The role demands a strong focus on data accuracy, adherence to coding standards, and the maintenance of a comprehensive audit trail. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Confidentiality and accountability in handling sensitive organizational data are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain master data records including Item, Customer, Supplier, Bill of Material (BOM), Unit of Measure (UOM), and Warehouse within the ERP system.
Update and maintain customer-wise approved sales price lists accurately and ensure changes are recorded only after receiving appropriate approvals.
Update supplier-wise approved purchase price lists, ensuring all amendments are authorized and properly documented.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of ERP master data by adhering to established coding standards and maintaining a comprehensive audit trail of all changes.
Process and implement approved master data creation and amendment requests promptly to support business process continuity.
Collaborate effectively with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Production, and Stores departments to validate data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
Support periodic ERP data validation exercises and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of organizational data in compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Monitor and follow up on master data requests to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
Prepare reports or documentation related to master data activities whenever required to facilitate informed decision-making.
