Social Media Content Creator

Esencia International is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in planning, shooting, and editing engaging short-form social media content, especially in the skincare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. This role requires a strong ability to generate product-led content including launches, tutorials, routines, and user-generated content (UGC) style videos. You will collaborate closely with our design and creative teams to produce compelling campaigns aligned with the content calendar while consistently tracking and optimizing content performance to drive audience engagement. As a Social Media Content Creator, you bring an excellent eye for emerging trends and the nuances of social media that captivate audiences and encourage interaction. While not managing a team, you take ownership of your content projects from inception through delivery, demonstrating on-camera confidence and a polished editing skill set with tools such as CapCut or Premiere. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in elevating Esencia Internationals brand voice and online presence through creative storytelling and innovative content strategies.
Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form social media content including Reels, TikTok videos, and Stories that align with brand values and marketing goals.
Develop and produce product-led content such as launches, tutorials, routines, and UGC-style videos to introduce and promote our products effectively.
Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to align content with campaign objectives and the social media content calendar.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, applying insights to optimize and adapt future content strategies for maximum engagement.
Stay current with social media trends and platform features to continuously innovate and increase viewer retention and shares.
Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of social content emphasizing skincare, beauty, or lifestyle, showcasing creativity and audience knowledge.
Utilize proficient editing skills with software like CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools to produce polished and professional video content.
Demonstrate confidence and authenticity when appearing on camera to enhance viewer connection and brand trust.
