About The Role
- We are recruiting for an Operations Assistant to work for our company.
- Generate Tracking labels of daily orders via software.
- Verify and cross-check the Weight of each parcel, to ensure correct weight.
- Verify the address of the customer and final packaging of Parcels as per SOP.
- Verify and maintain the database of daily shipment quantity.
- Handover the parcels to shippers as per the company SOP.
- Update and verify the Orders Status of shipments.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Requirement:
- Intermediate.
- Efficient in MS Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- 1 year of experience in operation or any relevant department.
