Job Description

E-Square Services is looking for Young and Fresh talent for their HR Operations

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR Operational tasks assigned by Client

- Coordinate with Insurance Vendors for timely addition/deletion of new employees and resigned/terminated employees respectively

- Prepare Monthly MIS/Reports for employee database for clients

- Coordinate with employees for their day to day queries

- Reference/credential checks

- Sourcing of different candidates as per client request

- Weekly visitis to the client for follow-up meetings

- Update employee documentation & database
