The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience, preferably with solar installation exposure, and possesses technical skills in electrical system design and AutoCAD Electrical. The Electrical Engineer/ Assistant plays a vital role in facilitating communication and data flow within the department and among other parts of the organization. The role demands accuracy in site planning, operational data analysis, document management, and coordination of construction-related activities. The successful candidate is expected to help maintain standardized contract processes, assist in solving construction challenges, and complete administrative duties such as meeting minutes and material management. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail are critical to ensuring efficient departmental progress and meeting project timelines.
Responsibilities

Assist department colleagues with contract management related to power plant projects by organizing, archiving, and following up to maintain a standardized and orderly contract process.
Coordinate construction-related tasks for power station projects by supporting communication, data transmission, and progress tracking, while promptly reporting and helping resolve issues encountered during construction.
Complete daily administrative duties including document organization, drafting meeting minutes, managing departmental materials, and coordinating cross-departmental communications.
Perform site planning activities, analyze operational data, and manage essential core documents associated with ongoing projects to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
Support leaders by undertaking temporary or ad hoc tasks to promote the efficient progress of various departmental operations and projects.
Apply wiring and AutoCAD electrical skills to assist in the design and documentation of electrical systems and contribute to technical problem solving.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain clear and efficient communication channels and assist in the timely delivery of project milestones.
