A growing fast paced organization is looking for qualified “Assistant Manager Operations/HR” who must be experienced and energetic with strong communication skills and good presentation skills.
Job Description:
- Assist in improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
- Handle general administrative tasks and perform other related duties as required.
- Manages day to day business of operations department while balancing responsibilities of human resources as well.
- Recruitment of new staff.
- Developing and sustaining strong professional relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend the official meetings and negotiating business deals for enhancing relations of company with other organizations.
- Employees’ Handling.
- Assist higher management in the process of recruitment, training and orientation of new staff.
- Maintain the general filing system and staff attendance record, maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain pay plan and forecast requirements thus generating employees’ payroll on monthly basis.
- Reviewing of Emails and draft their responses.
