- Keep the lab property in good working condition and ready to use.
- Negotiate new construction contracts and provide feedback to Management for further approval.
- Keep track of all maintenance work for building and other installed lab facilities.
- Ensure periodic maintenance of the facilities and lab equipment as per the schedule.
- Handle complaints related to repair and maintenance and resolve them as per the defined timelines.
- Facilitate staff in using lab furniture/facilities for work purposes.
- Make regular rounds of the facility to ensure that cleanliness and maintenance are up to Excel Labs’ standards.
- Manage and utilize the building and other materials available in the Store to achieve economy.
- Update management about all the issues regarding building safety and maintenance.
- Present monthly reports to the Management on key matters pertaining to facilities management.
