Excel Labs is seeking for a motivated and talented individual for the position of HR Officer (Recruitment & Payroll). The suitable candidate must be;

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and aid in the hiring activity including maintaining CV Pool, shortlisting candidates, assisting in initial screening and arranging interviews.
- Preparation of offer, confirmation, experience and termination and reference letters for bank account opening etc.
- Ensure timely and error-free compilation of staff’s salary activity on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for completing and upkeep of employee files and records.
- Assist in completing the confirmation and clearance documents of employees.
- Answer employee queries related to HR matters on a daily basis and assist supervisor in employee engagement activities.
- Assist in collating statistical data for monthly HR reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
