Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and various bidding platforms
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry dealing with international clients
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Role: Business Development Specialist (Evening Shift)
Location: In-house position at our office in Bahria Town, Lahore
Working Hours: 6 pm to 3 am (Pakistan Time)
Compensation: Basic salary: Rs 60,000 - Rs 90,000 per month + Commission on sales
