We are looking for a motivated Internal Audit professional to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of the annual audit plan on a monthly and quarterly basis. This position involves conducting functional audits, performing post-verification of transactions through sample testing, and regularly updating audit observations. The role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to review business processes critically. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to take on any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager. This is an in-person role based at our office near Thokar Multan Road, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the annual audit plan according to monthly and quarterly schedules.
- Conduct functional audits to assess the effectiveness of operational controls.
- Perform post-verification of transactions on a sample basis to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain daily updates of audit observations to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Review and evaluate business processes to identify potential improvements and risks.
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude by undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA, CA, or CMA Finalist status.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Internal Audit or a related field.
