We are seeking an experienced Draftsman / Design Professional to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings, demonstrating proficiency in both 2D and 3D design software. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary based on experience, with monthly pay ranging from Rs39,550 to Rs55,260.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize 2D and 3D design software to create accurate and comprehensive design plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and client expectations.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to address feedback and changes during project development.
- Maintain organized documentation of all design work and revisions.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in producing Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong command of 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Currently based in Islamabad and available to join immediately.
