Business Development Executive

Expert Soft is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, preferably with telemarketing and CRM software knowledge, and possesses excellent skills in sales strategy and account management. This position does not include managing a team but plays a critical role in supporting the business development function to achieve targeted objectives. In this role, the Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. By leveraging CRM software and applying efficient sales techniques, the candidate will manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and telemarketing.
