Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
