Falcon Fly is seeking an experienced SEO Expert to enhance our online presence and increase website visibility through strategic search engine optimization techniques. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience and demonstrates a strong ability to analyze, review, and implement optimizations tailored to search engine algorithms. This role requires expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and the proficient use of various SEO tools. The SEO Expert will focus on developing effective link-building strategies, analyzing backlink profiles, and staying current with industry best practices including AEO, GEO, and SEO trends to drive measurable improvements in website rankings.

While this position does not include team management responsibilities, it demands proactive communication and collaboration capabilities to work effectively with content creators, web developers, and external partners. The SEO Expert will play a critical role in crafting strategies that increase organic traffic and enhance the digital footprint of Falcon Fly through comprehensive SEO initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies to enhance website authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct outreach to relevant websites, blogs, and influencers to acquire high-quality backlinks that support SEO goals.
- Perform thorough backlink profile analysis to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement while monitoring competitor backlink profiles.
- Carry out keyword research and analysis utilizing tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush to guide targeted content optimization efforts.
- Implement on-page optimization techniques including meta tags, header tags, URL structures, and internal linking to maximize SEO effectiveness.
- Manage Search Console setup and monitoring to track site performance, fix crawl errors, and enhance overall site health.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in search engine algorithms related to AEO (App Store Optimization), GEO (Geographical SEO), and general SEO practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content management teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and structure using Content Management Systems.
- Utilize backlink analysis tools to assess link quality, detect harmful links, and take corrective actions to maintain a clean backlink profile.
- Generate detailed SEO reports and performance metrics to communicate progress and recommend further optimization initiatives.
- Continually monitor industry trends and emerging SEO technologies to innovate and refine SEO strategies for sustained competitive advantage.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and skill development within the SEO domain to keep Falcon Fly at the forefront of search engine visibility.
