Duties and Responsibilities
- Raising technical support cases against telephone and email requests
- Ensure tickets are dealt and responded to within Service Level Agreement Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to determine problem, testing, and providing solutions to business users
- Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
Skills desirable for the role:
- Experience of working in a helpdesk environment is desirable but not a 'must-have' Be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems methodically

Must haves -
- Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in IT / Telecom Support industry
