Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote organizational growth.
  • Lead comprehensive recruitment initiatives to attract, assess, and retain qualified talent across all levels of the company.

  • Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Manage compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies to minimize legal risks and safeguard the company.
  • Utilize HR information systems and analytics to support decision-making processes, improve workforce planning, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation for all HR activities and ensure confidentiality of employee records.
  • Partner with different departments to identify training needs and support employee development programs.
  • Monitor employee performance and support the implementation of performance management processes to address developmental needs.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and regulatory bodies, to streamline HR functions.
