Faras Chemical Manufacturing Company seeks a disciplined and experienced Security Incharge to oversee and lead the security team, ensuring the protection of personnel, property, and assets within the facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in physical security management rooted in military expertise, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. This role involves supervising a team of 15 security personnel, maintaining high standards of discipline, and enforcing security protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Security Incharge coordinates security operations daily, focusing on access control, risk assessment, and emergency response planning. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive security measures to address potential risks and handle incidents effectively. Communication and cooperation with internal management and external authorities are essential to maintain a secure workplace, protect operational integrity, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of 15 security personnel, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high standards of professional conduct and discipline.
  • Oversee daily security operations, including the monitoring and control of access for staff, visitors, and vehicles to ensure a secure environment.
  • Develop, review, and implement security procedures and protocols to minimize risks and enhance the safety of the company premises and personnel.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, coordinating with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records, reports, and incident documentation to assist in audits and continuous improvement of security measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards related to security and safety.
  • Train and mentor security personnel in best practices for emergency response, conflict management, and security protocol enforcement.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the security team and other departments to support a safe and secure working environment.
  • Maintain the operational readiness of security equipment and technology used for surveillance and access control.
  • Lead risk assessment initiatives to identify and evaluate potential security threats, devising contingency plans accordingly.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and vigilance among all employees and contractors within the company.
