1. Will be monitoring and reporting everything that happens to Company’s products and promotional material, the moment these are delivered to the dealer / retailer.
2. Ensure proper display of product and other merchandising material.
3. Monitor stock movement and inventory levels at retail outlets.
4. Ensure retailers carry ample stocks of fast moving SKUs.
5. Identify and report best as well as slow selling products.
6. Maintain awareness and timely report of competitors' activities (new introductions, prices and sales promotion schemes, stock shortages etc.)
7. Gather information and provide feedback on customers' reactions to products
8. Provide briefing on products as and when required.
9. Monitor and report warranty claims
10. Monitor and report that company policies (prices/ schemes etc.) are being properly implemented by the Distributor.
