Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates to enhance brand presence and sales through the TikTok Shop platform.

- Manage the Affiliate Recruitment Workflow by discovering and onboarding high-potential TikTok creators to join the affiliate network.

- Coordinate and manage TikTok Shop Affiliate Center operations ensuring smooth and efficient affiliate activities.

- Collaborate with creators to develop engaging content and promotions that align with brand goals and drive traffic and sales.

- Implement and oversee TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional strategies to boost product reach and sales performance.

- Track and analyze affiliate commission structures and sales performance metrics to optimize collaboration outcomes and ensure fair compensation.

- Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups with creators and affiliates to maintain active engagement and effective communication.

- Stay updated with TikTok Shop platform features, trends, and best practices to continuously improve affiliate management strategies.

- Support the company’s growth objectives by contributing ideas and feedback based on marketplace insights and affiliate performance data.
