Female Receptionist & Data Entry Operator – Beauty Salon

We are seeking a well-groomed, confident, and presentable female professional to join our beauty salon team in Karachi as a Receptionist and Data Entry Operator. This full-time position requires a candidate who can efficiently manage front-desk operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth salon operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally attend to incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival at the salon.
- Manage daily bookings and appointment schedules efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records with accuracy.
- Handle basic communication with clients via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with salon staff regarding appointments and client needs.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with a well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and interacting with clients.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Good command of both Urdu and English languages.
- Polite, punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a beauty salon or front-desk role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills, ranging from Rs14,000 to Rs250,000 per month.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the salon location in Karachi.
