Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process loan applications by analyzing financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting credit.
  • Manage and monitor the credit portfolio to ensure timely repayment and to identify any signs of potential default or risk.
  • Conduct site visits and maintain regular contact with clients to assess financial conditions and business operations.
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records on all transactions related to loans to facilitate auditing and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to address any issues related to credit terms, payment schedules, and loan conditions.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delinquency cases to senior management for timely intervention.
  • Support the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures to improve portfolio quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and analyses related to credit portfolio performance.
