Our client, Recruit AI, is seeking a skilled Field Auditor specializing in Compliance and Risk Assessment based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience conducting detailed field audits across multiple business environments such as branches, warehouses, shops, and operational sites. This role involves performing physical inspections, verifying business operations, and reviewing financial and operational records to ensure strict adherence to company policies and audit standards. Frequent travel to various locations is essential to carry out on-site verifications and audits effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive field audits and physical inspections at assigned business locations, including branches, shops, warehouses, and operational sites.
- Regularly visit multiple sites to verify business operations, asset conditions, and the accuracy of records in alignment with company policies and standards.
- Examine financial and operational documents such as receipts, invoices, stock records, and transaction reports to identify inconsistencies or irregularities.
- Detect potential risks and discrepancies during field visits, applying strong analytical skills to evaluate their impact and urgency.
- Verify inventory levels, asset integrity, and business transactions as part of thorough audit procedures to ensure accountability.
- Prepare detailed, accurate audit reports that document findings, observations, and recommendations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit procedures, and regulatory standards throughout the audit process.
- Recommend corrective actions based on audit findings and monitor their implementation to mitigate identified risks.
- Maintain organized and meticulous documentation of field visits, evidence gathered, audit processes, and final reports.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in operational controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices related to auditing, inspection techniques, and compliance requirements to enhance audit effectiveness.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for travel to multiple audit locations efficiently, ensuring timely completion of all assigned audits.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with site management and stakeholders to collect necessary information and explain audit results.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in field auditing, compliance, or risk assessment.
- Strong skills in observation, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in audit procedures, record verification, and advanced use of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in field environments.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage logistics for multiple site visits.
