Final Expense (Insurance)

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Karachi for a Final Expense Insurance role, operating during night shifts. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to PKR 250,000, depending on experience and performance. The role focuses on engaging with potential customers, providing tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive customer outreach to generate and qualify leads.
- Perform consultative sales by understanding client needs and explaining various insurance options clearly.
- Handle objections professionally to address customer concerns and facilitate decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through CRM and data entry systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets set by management.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu languages is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
