Finance Intern

This role involves supporting the finance team by accurately entering and maintaining financial and operational data using Excel, accounting software, and internal systems. The candidate will be responsible for recording various transactions including sales, purchases, banking, and expenses. Additionally, the position requires organizing and maintaining both digital and physical records, assisting with invoice preparation, filing, and reconciliation, while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of company data. The role demands coordination with team members to follow up on pending information and documentation. This is an in-person position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain financial and operational data in Excel, accounting software, and internal systems.
- Record sales, purchase, banking, and expense transactions systematically.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records and documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in preparing invoices, filing relevant documents, and performing reconciliation tasks as needed.
- Support the finance team with daily administrative duties and reporting activities.
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of all company data handled.
- Coordinate with team members to obtain pending information and documentation promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification.
