Fireracer, a dynamic and growing startup based in Badiana, Sialkot, is in search of a highly creative and versatile Digital Content Creator to join our team on-site. This role demands a multi-skilled professional with at least one year of experience in video editing, graphic design, product listings, and videography. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating exceptional creativity and adaptability to develop engaging content that enhances our brand presence across various digital platforms. In this position, the Digital Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality, compelling digital content tailored to various social media channels and online platforms. This role emphasizes a strong grasp of content strategy, social media content creation, and analytics to help guide and optimize content performance. While team management is not a component of this role, collaboration with different departments is essential to ensure consistent and innovative brand messaging that supports Fireracers goals and growth trajectory.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative content strategies across multiple digital platforms including social media, websites, and product listings.
Create, edit, and produce engaging videos using advanced software tools such as DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects to capture the companys vision and product features.
Design visually appealing graphics and layouts utilizing Canva Design Workflow and other graphic design software that align with brand guidelines.
Capture and edit original videography content to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage product listings by creating attractive and informative descriptions and multimedia content that enhance online sales performance.
Analyze social media analytics using TikTok Studio Performance Reporting and YouTube Studio Reporting to measure content effectiveness and optimize future content strategies.
Employ AI-assisted content creation techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity in content production.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all digital content supports business objectives and engages target audiences effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, best practices, and tools to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
Ensure all content is delivered on time, consistent in style, and accurately represents the companys brand messaging.
