You'll be the first smiling face our members see! You'll play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment that keeps our gym running smoothly. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from greeting members and processing payments to answering questions and promoting our services.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome members with a warm and friendly smile.
- Process membership applications and renewals efficiently.
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions and group fitness classes (if applicable).
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Promote gym memberships, classes, and special events.
- Assist with member orientation and provide tours of the gym facilities (optional).
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
