We are seeking motivated and responsible professionals to join our textile manufacturing team as Floor Incharge or Assistant Floor Incharge in the Stitching Department, specializing in towels and textile products. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in floor supervision, production coordination, manpower management, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery while upholding product quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily stitching floor operations to maintain efficient production flow.
- Monitor production targets, output, and quality standards consistently.
- Oversee manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure stitching operations comply with product specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce delays and wastage.
- Maintain effective coordination with management to meet production and delivery goals.
- Promote workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in textile or garment manufacturing, specifically in stitching floor supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage production teams, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and floor management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in towels or home textile manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Additional benefits include an annual bonus and health insurance as per company policy.
- Candidates residing in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Ahsanabad, Scheme 33, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Federal B Area, North Karachi, or nearby locations will be given preference.

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. This is an in-person role requiring candidates to be available for immediate joining if selected.
