Forsouls Marriage is seeking a Marriage Consulta n t to join our Karachi office on-site. This role is commission-based and requires a professional who can provide expert relationship counseling and support to clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping individuals and couples resolve conflicts, improve communication, and build strong, healthy relationships. This is a client-facing position that demands excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in consultation or another people-focused field, is emotionally mature and professional, and demonstrates cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills in both Urdu and English. While managing a team is not required, the consultant will work independently to provide comprehensive support and solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with all clients.
Respond professionally to difficult or unexpected situations.
Conduct all consultations on-site at our Karachi office.
