A reputable telecom company is seeking a skilled DAE technician to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber connections. This role requires hands-on technical expertise as well as strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer complaints. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure reliable connectivity
- Perform installation and maintenance of internet cables
- Handle TV fiber cable installation and resolve related technical issues
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain effective communication with customers during service calls
Required Qualifications:
- Completed 3-year DAE diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or IT
- Must own a bike for commuting and fieldwork purposes
- Ability to work full-time in Islamabad with a hands-on approach
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
