Front Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other sales-related communications efficiently.

- Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer service.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports for management review.
- Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns promptly and professionally.
