Area Sales Officer

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Area Sales Officer to join the team in Karachi. This role focuses on promoting and selling vehicle tracking solutions to a diverse range of clients, including individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and a proven track record in field sales, ideally with experience in sectors such as automotive, telecom, insurance, or tracking solutions. The Area Sales Officer will actively generate new sales opportunities through client meetings and field visits while maintaining lasting customer relationships. Additionally, managing a small sales team member is part of the role, requiring leadership and coordination abilities. The role demands consistent achievement of monthly sales targets while ensuring smooth coordination with the installation team for tracker setup. The Area Sales Officer is responsible for preparing detailed daily sales reports and maintaining accurate customer records to support sales tracking and planning. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Preference is given to candidates with a valid driving license and access to a personal bike, facilitating efficient travel within the sales area. A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience and an intermediate or bachelors degree is preferred for success in this position.
Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads and opportunities through proactive field visits and client meetings.
Promote and sell the company's vehicle tracking solutions to individual customers and business clients.
Identify potential clients and build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient installation of vehicle tracking devices.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports accurately and maintain comprehensive customer records.
Lead, guide, and support a small sales team member to meet collective and individual sales goals.
Regularly analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to sales strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicle tracking industry, competitor activities, and product developments.
Manage travel plans and schedules efficiently to cover the assigned sales area effectively.
