Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive for one of our leading clients in the Accounting & Corporate Services Industry.

Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Friday

🔹 𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp outreach, and regular follow-ups with prospective UAE clients.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities by understanding client requirements, decision-making authority, urgency, and service fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings and coordinate with senior sales management.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, follow-up notes, pipeline stages, and CRM activities.
• Coordinate internally for proposals, quotations, service information, and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, referral partners, and business partners.
• Consistently achieve outreach, meeting, pipeline, and performance targets.

🔹 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele sales, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination.
• Strong spoken and written English with confidence in professional client communication.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, objection handling, follow-ups, and client engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, internet research, and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, target-oriented, persistent, and professional.
• Candidates with experience in the UAE market, accounting, taxation, audit, corporate services, or company formation will be preferred.
