We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team onsite in Islamabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of five years of professional experience and involves working from 12 PM to 9 PM, Sunday through Thursday. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a fintech platform, leveraging expertise in .NET Core Web API, Angular, SQL Server, and modern application architectures. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs350,000.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web API. Build responsive frontend modules with Angular, TypeScript, and modern UI practices. Implement fintech workflows such as onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), document review, investor and borrower management, loan processing, approvals, and back-office operations. Design and implement clean APIs with proper request/response models, validation, and error handling. Manage SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, queries, indexing, migrations, and performance optimization. Integrate messaging services using RabbitMQ and implement real-time features with SignalR as required. Write and maintain unit and integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, and provide ongoing support for deployed applications. Utilize logging and monitoring tools like Serilog and Seq to ensure system reliability. Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality, maintainability, and security standards. Support deployment activities and manage cloud-hosted environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful APIs, authentication, authorization, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Entity Framework Core, and/or Dapper. Proficiency in SQL Server with knowledge of backend architectural patterns including layered architecture, repository pattern, Unit of Work (UoW), services, Data Transfer Objects (DTOs), validators, and exception handling. Solid frontend development skills using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, routing, guards, interceptors, services, and reactive forms. Experience with NgRx and multilingual/localization libraries is a plus. Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), cloud deployment processes, environment and configuration management, and production support. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), IIS, Windows Server, or VM-based deployments is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least five years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in fintech, banking, lending, investment platforms, onboarding, KYC, compliance systems, enterprise dashboards, portals, SaaS, or back-office platforms is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, SignalR, Serilog/Seq, CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker, and GCP deployments is a strong advantage. Familiarity with microservices architecture, inter-service communication, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, clean architecture, API Gateway patterns, event-driven communication, and background services/workers is preferred. Proven expertise in unit and integration testing, secure system design, authentication, authorization, audit logging, handling sensitive financial data, and responsible production issue management is valued.
