Full Stack Development Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Faisalabad, is seeking a Full Stack Development Instructor to join our onsite, full-time team. We specialize in delivering practical, industry-focused IT training through physical classes designed to equip young individuals with the skills needed for technology jobs and freelancing opportunities. In this role, you will lead daily coding sessions, guiding trainees from their very first HTML page to the deployment of fully functional full stack web applications. Your focus will be on empowering beginners, many of whom are fresh graduates or final-year students with little to no practical experience, by explaining concepts clearly in both English and Urdu and building their confidence through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and live-coding labs following the approved curriculum.
- Break down programming concepts step by step for trainees new to coding.
- Prepare lesson plans, slides, coding exercises, assignments, and quizzes.
- Review trainee code and provide guidance through mini-projects and the final capstone project.
- Track attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, managing GitHub profiles, freelancing, and job applications.
- Support program assessments, audits, and reviews to maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB or SQL databases.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and version control using Git.
- A portfolio showcasing at least two live projects or a public GitHub repository.
- Ability to live-code, debug, and explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them grow.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
