As our Digital Marketing Specialist focused on SEO & Social Media Marketing, you’ll own end-to-end strategy and execution to boost organic visibility, traffic, and engagement across search and social channels. You’ll collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and PPC experts to architect multi-channel campaigns that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta, headings, internal linking)
Build and manage white-hat link-building campaigns
Monitor performance in Google Analytics/Search Console; deliver monthly SEO reports
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Develop content calendars and campaign briefs for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Design & run paid social ad campaigns (audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation)
Track engagement, growth metrics, and ROI; optimize posts and ads accordingly
Content Collaboration
Work with content writers to craft SEO-optimized blog posts, captions, and micro-content
Provide feedback on creative assets to maximize reach and conversions
Analysis & Reporting
Set up dashboards (e.g. Data Studio, Excel) to visualize SEO & social metrics
Present weekly and monthly performance reviews with actionable insights
Stay Ahead of Trends
Continuously research algorithm updates, platform features, and best practices
Recommend new tools, ad formats, and strategies to keep our clients competitive
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years in SEO + Social Media Marketing (agency or in-house)
Technical Skills:
SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar
Social platforms & ad managers: Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager; LinkedIn Campaign Manager; etc.
Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent written/verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple campaigns & deadlines
Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice-to-Haves
Certified in Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
Experience with additional channels (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
Familiarity with CRO principles and A/B testing tools
