Geco Supplies Pvt Ltd (Distributor of Pepsi) requires Assistant Finance Manager having experience of minimum 3 years preferably in FMCG Sector (Beverages) who is responsible for performing highly specialized accounting work required to maintain the general ledger. Working under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Assistant Finance Manager directs and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company.
- Is responsible for accurate voucher entries on daily basis.
- Is responsible for payments and expense verification and authorization.
- Is responsible for receipts verification and authorization.
- Is responsible for compliance with internal control policies within the parameters of the company policy.
- Is responsible for company accounts bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Prepare analysis on balance sheet accounts
- Is responsible for preparing Daily, weekly & monthly closing and monthly debtor reports along with aging.
- Is responsible to prepare expense reports on daily & monthly basis.
- Is responsible to prepare financial statements e.g. Cash Flow, Bank Statement, Cash Book, P&L Account, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet and also bound for handover to FM for final approval on a monthly basis.
- Assisting the Finance Manager as and when required.
- Is responsible for dealing with clients regarding receivables.
- To assist internal/external auditors as and when they are appointed to perform a specific job.
- Any other task as & when assigned by the department head or concerned authority.
