MANAGEMENT TRAINEE | INDUSTRIAL SALES & Marketing

As a Management Trainee at Gemco Generators, you will be involved in engaging directly with customers, conducting industrial visits, and supporting the creation of impactful sales presentations and marketing materials using tools like Canva. You will be expected to cultivate a confident and presentable communication style when interacting with clients. Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of industrial sales strategies to drive business growth.
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
Support lead generation activities and maintain an organized database of potential and existing customers.
Develop customer relationship management skills by communicating with clients and resolving their inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations and marketing collateral using tools such as Canva.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights that contribute to improving sales tactics.
Participate in industrial visits and customer meetings to gain practical exposure to sales processes and customer requirements.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Manage and guide a junior team member by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and helping them develop their skills.
Utilize basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills to support various sales and marketing functions.
Apply basic content-writing skills to help create promotional and informative materials for social media and LinkedIn.
Maintain a disciplined and target-oriented approach to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Travel as needed to meet with industrial clients and support the sales process.
Develop a thorough understanding of Gemco Generators' technical products to confidently communicate their value propositions.
