GenZ Talent Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their AI services projects by owning delivery from initial client discussions through to successful project completion. This hybrid role requires strong skills in Agile Project Management and tool proficiency such as JIRA to bridge communication between clients and development teams. You will manage multiple client projects, prioritize and assign tasks effectively, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery while managing a team of 5 professionals in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of project management or product ownership experience, excels in client communication, and demonstrates strong abilities in converting business requirements into actionable items. You will lead daily stand-ups, facilitate reporting to leadership, mitigate risks, and uphold quality by ensuring thorough QA approvals. Balancing client demands, team capacity, and strategic priorities is essential to delivering excellence across multiple projects in this rapidly evolving AI-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for multiple clients, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to define scope and convert them into well-structured, actionable development tasks utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Assign tasks to developers based on their expertise and current workload, ensuring balanced and efficient project progress.
- Lead and coordinate daily internal stand-ups and client status meetings to synchronize team efforts and communicate project statuses, risks, and blockers.
- Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and delivery quality standards are upheld, including securing QA approvals before client delivery.
- Manage change requests by evaluating their impact on scope, schedule, and resources, obtaining necessary stakeholder approvals prior to implementation.
- Identify and remove obstacles preventing timely project delivery, escalating issues related to delays or resource constraints to leadership as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports to keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Balance competing priorities between client demands, developer capacity, and business objectives to optimize project outcomes.
- Supervise and guide a team of 5 project professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
