Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data using data entry software and Microsoft Excel according to company guidelines.
Maintain organized records and ensure all data entries comply with accounting principles and company policies.
Verify and cross-check financial data and related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the finance department by providing accurate data required for accounting and reporting purposes.
Manage data files and archives, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform regular data cleaning and validation to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
Assist in preparing reports by extracting and consolidating data as requested by management.
Communicate effectively with other departments to clarify data discrepancies and resolve issues.
