Responsibilities:
- Petty Cash Management: Efficiently handle daily cash transactions, maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Asset Management: Manage company assets, ensuring accurate accounting, utilization, and maintenance.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Generate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to financial planning and decision-making alongside our dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Location: Applicant must be based in Multan.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Petty Cash, Payroll, and Asset Management.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work late office hours to match US time zones.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Desirable:
- Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or similar accounting certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Technology Savvy: Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and e-commerce platforms.

Office Hours: Evening, with late seating until around 1 AM to accommodate time zone differences with US clients
