Travel Consultant / Agent

We are seeking a talented and experienced Travel Consultant/Agent who excels in selling holiday packages and Umrah packages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of various destinations and travel offerings.

Responsibilities:

Sell holiday packages and Umrah packages to potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and competitive offerings.
Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to develop customized travel itineraries and packages.
Assist clients with travel documentation, visa applications, and other related services as needed.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant/Agent or similar role in a travel agency or tour operator.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of holiday destinations, travel products, and Umrah pilgrimage services.
Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm for travel, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
Should have good spoken English.
Relevant certification or training in travel and tourism is a plus.
